Raisin lower the cholesterol in body



A study conducted by Gene Spiller, a nutritionist from the Health Research & Studies Center in Los Altos, California found that raisins contain compounds that can downgrade cholesterol.

The study also proves the consumption of raisins 400 calories per day can reduce blood cholesterol by 8%. Raisins evidently the best food not only for health but also for dieting. Take a box of raisins a day to get a healthy body and also it strengthens memory.
