~ Dealing with food intolerances~

Today, i just want to share some information about food intolerances.

What can cause food intolerance?
- we ate the same type of food groups repeatedly
- always eat with speed that will make our tummy suffer because don't have time to digest food
  properly
- lack of enzymes to break food down
- chemicals in food that produces naturally such as caffeine,salicylates and histamine like choclate
  and cheese

Diagnosis
- not easy to diagnos, the sign often not clear

Symptoms of food intolerance:
- nausea
- stomach pain
- headaches
- irritability or nervousness
- gas or bloating
- cramps
- vomiting
- heartburn
- diarrhoe

Process of identifying the offending foods:
- keeping a food diary
- the elimination diet
- the alcat test

Treatment & Prevention:
- avoiding or reducing your intake of problem food
- treating symptoms when they arise
- be viligant about the food you consume
- try to keep family,friends and associates informed about your sensitivities

For the conclusion, i might said that prevention is always better than cure.
