Healthy Breakfast 




Fruits Oatmeal

Ingredients:
220gm oatmeal
1 liter of low-fat milk
2 tablesppon raisins
8 grape seed
2 ripe bananas
1 small apple
1 strawberries
(all fruits cut in slices)

How to make:
1. Cook oatmeal with milk low in fat. stir
over a low heat.
2. After that, add in all fruit. stir.
3Put in a bowl and ready to be enjoyed

Cherry Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

1 medium frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen sweet cherris

3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Sugar or artificial sweetener to taste, if desired

Instructions

1. In a food processor or blender, process banana until smooth.
2. Add cherries and yogurt. Process until well blended. Serve immediately.
