Breakfast is essential to start a day. It will fill up your tummy up until lunch hour.  However, we get up late, rush to work and just eat and grab anything for breakfast. We might think also that  a heavy breakfast is good because we don’t have to eat much during lunch. Fret not, breakfast is not just to fill in your tummy in the morning to give your energy, but it takes more than that.

Healthy breakfast does provide you with energy and nutrient and this leads to increased concentration throughout the day especially at work and classroom. You can also maintain your body weight with healthy breakfast.

What you can do to get a healthy breakfast even if you are in a rush is by getting foods from bread and grain, milk product, fruit and eggs. You can replace your coffee with a glass of milk or juice.
